Independent evaluation finds Coastal IFOA monitoring program is generating timely and transparent evidence
23-Sep-2025
An independent evaluator has reviewed the adequacy of the Coastal IFOA monitoring program in terms of design and implementation.
The review found the program’s value is accelerating as new monitoring data comes in and is being analysed and reported on. Public native forestry monitoring is now more transparent and data more readily available than prior to the program, with evidence being used to inform decision-making. The review identifies opportunities for improvement, and we’ve started work to address these.
